Micaela Chappelle, LMSW, LCSW

Micaela Chappelle is a trauma-informed and EMDR trained clinical social worker whose own journey deeply shapes the compassionate and courageous space she holds for her clients.
She grew up navigating the expectations of others that led to quiet and internal guilt and after becoming a young mother, she found herself questioning everything she’d been taught about faith, identity, and worth.
Through her own healing journey, she discovered how powerful it can be to tell your story out loud, and now she devotes her life to helping women and teens do the same.
Micaela specializes in trauma, anxiety, family conflict, and identity work, using EMDR, TF-CBT, and mindfulness to help her clients reconnect with themselves and move forward with dignity.
She creates a safe, judgment-free space where you can unpack the “shoulds” you’ve internalized, reclaim parts of yourself that were silenced, and build a mindset rooted in self-respect, strength, and growth.
Outside of therapy, she enjoys time with her children, cooking, and dreaming up her next road-trip and service project because for her, healing is as much about connection and purpose as it is about rest.

When life pulls you in every direction, I know how easy it is to lose touch with the version of yourself that feels steady, whole, and deeply you. I’ve lived through seasons of pressure, expectation, and quiet hurt — the kind you carry alone because everyone assumes you’re strong enough to handle it.
This is your invitation to slow down. To breathe. To explore what’s been weighing on you without fear of judgment or disappointment.
In our work together, we gently unlayer the roles you’ve had to play and reconnect you with the parts of yourself that got buried along the way. My goal is to help you feel grounded, empowered, and supported as you move toward a life that feels true to who you are, not who you were expected to be.
